This app is designed to give field technicians the ability to view the status of your service calls. It will give them options for selecting various types of calls and the associated details. Picking one of the calls will display the contact data (phone, email, address) which is linked to built-in apps. All of the data displayed is live data from your Thoroughbred database and is accessed via the Thoroughbred TS XML DataServer.
